The July 2020 the government put guidelines in place to enable to the hospitality industry to reopen. These guidelines include the requirement to capture and store the details of visitors for 21 days for Track & Trace purposes only.

In the event that a customer is diagnosed with COVID-19, the government request that we send them the contact details of the other customers that were present within the venue at the same time so that they are able reach out to them and request they isolate for 14 days.
